Tiffyy does not prepare, cook, package, or deliver food. Vendors listed on the Platform operate independently and are solely responsible for the preparation, quality, and delivery of meals.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You are using the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering or placing orders.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account
  • Ensuring that your information remains accurate and up to date

Tiffyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Subscriptions

Users may order meals or subscribe to recurring meal plans through vendors listed on the Platform.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The order is placed with the vendor, not Tiffyy
  • Meal preparation and delivery are the responsibility of the vendor
  • Pricing, availability, and menu items are determined by vendors

Some services may involve subscription-based meal plans or advance payments.

5. Payments

Payments for orders or subscriptions may be processed through the Platform using third-party payment providers.

By making a payment you agree that:

  • The transaction is processed on behalf of the vendor
  • Payment gateways may apply their own terms and security policies
  • Tiffyy is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking issues

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations may depend on the vendor's policy and the nature of the issue.

Refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Order cancellation
  • Service disruption
  • Valid quality complaints
  • Vendor failure to deliver service

Tiffyy reserves the right to review complaints and determine refund eligibility.

7. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors listed on the Platform are independent service providers.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Food preparation and hygiene
  • Ingredient quality
  • Packaging and delivery
  • Compliance with food safety regulations

Tiffyy does not guarantee the quality or safety of food provided by vendors.

8. Food Safety Disclaimer

While Tiffyy aims to list reliable vendors, the Platform does not control kitchen operations.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Food is prepared by third-party vendors
  • Allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated directly to vendors
  • Tiffyy shall not be liable for food-related health issues caused by vendors.

9. Platform Usage Rules

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the ordering system
  • Post misleading, harmful, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to bypass the Platform to solicit vendors or customers

Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, design, software, text, and images is the intellectual property of Tiffyy or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

11. User Generated Content

Users may post reviews, feedback, or comments.

By submitting content, you grant Tiffyy a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content for improving the Platform.

Tiffyy reserves the right to remove content that is:

  • abusive
  • misleading
  • offensive
  • unlawful

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, analytics tools, and messaging services.

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiffyy shall not be liable for:

  • vendor service failures
  • delivery delays
  • indirect or consequential damages

Tiffyy's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific order involved in the dispute.

14. Platform Availability

Tiffyy does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may update features, suspend services, or perform maintenance without prior notice.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected and used.

16. Termination

Tiffyy may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user:

  • violates these Terms
  • engages in fraudulent activity
  • harms other users or vendors

17. Changes to Terms

Tiffyy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
